Zapier Setup Instructions

1. In Zapier, create a new Zap
2. Set your trigger (e.g., "New Form Submission" in Typeform, Google Forms, Jotform, etc.)
3. Add an action: choose "Webhooks by Zapier" then "POST"
4. Paste the webhook URL above into the URL field
5. Set Payload Type to JSON
6. Map your form fields: name, email, phone, address, company, message
7. Optionally add source (e.g., "website", "facebook", "google_ads")
8. Turn on your Zap and test it!
